General Manager Fernando and staff were wonderful with their customer service! From our first telephone contact to picking up our beautifully restored car it was a pleasure doing business with Columbia Auto Body. Fernando walked us through every detail of our car repair before it began which we found very comforting. Texts updating progress were helpful. Just an overall excellent experience. We would certainly use then again in the future!

They never called to ask about the missing grill insert and where it could be found I had to purchase it myself and the left front headlight has some bulbs that went out when the accident happened other than that the vehicle looked great inside and out I couldn’t shut the inside lights off my grandaughter showed me where the control for that and is now off
