5-STAR Accolades for Tony Matthews at Columbia Auto Body, Whitman, MA. Tony did a great job helping me through the daunting process of repairing my Honda Pilot after I was rear-ended in a multiple car crash. I consider myself lucky to have found Tony and his knowledgeable experience on all aspects of car repairs and dealing directly for me with the insurance adjusters to get my car fixed. It made all the difference in the world to me. Too often, I talk to company representatives that do not have direct experience in their services and what should be a pleasant experience becomes a nightmare. Not the case with Tony, he made himself available whenever I called and had the answers to my many questions. It was very important to me to deal with a repair shop that can deal with all minutia between insurance adjusters and parts suppliers and just get it done. Tony set it all up and got it done quickly. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you, Tony. I will happily refer any friends or family in need of auto-body car repairs to you!!!

I love this place. Second time I’ve gotten my car fixed by them and I get superb service every time. My only issue was too much cleaner inside and my foot was slipping all over the pedals while I was trying to drive.
