I was mostly satisfied. There were a couple of times I did not get a call back when I left a message. I am guessing it was because there was no information but I still would have liked to get a call back. Also, when Shane is out, there is no one else who can give information and that is frustrating. It seems like the repairs were done well. Thank you.
