Firstly the cost of car was more than what was quoted and I had to pay over one thousand dollars more. Unfortunately I never received a written quote so it was a he said she said thing. Btw I verbally confirmed the price three times. When I picked up the car the repairs were complete but it looked like it had been sitting outside for weeks. There were sap stains on the front hood and dirt marks on the car. In addition, I never received the final estimate, listing of final repairs (mine or what the insurance company paid for) or a receipt for my payment. Expected better. Will not use again.
