The original estimated time to complete was 2.5 weeks. It ended up taking 9 weeks. The excuse along the way was delays in parts. I found the parts they needed and in one case, they didn't order the part until a week before the job was done. I don't think my car was a priority and rather than make my car a priority as I complained, they just came up with more excuses.
