I “almost” told these folks I was not going to leave my vehicle for them to repair. The employee who we first met was adequate but extremely distant. We never heard from ANYONE except through e-mail for the entire time. This company’s vision was to viewed as technically experienced by sending emails, but on the customer side it felt very cold.we got a call saying our vehicle was ready to pick up. This man’s PR Skills were awesome & he apologized for being viewed as not connecting with customers. The work that was done to our car was nice & they Detailed it😊.would we use them again? Only if we dealt with the two men we talked to when we picked up our vehicle!
