I am not pleased with the Customer Service that I received. Chuck was not only extremely rude to me, but he was also extremely rude to my insurance agent. He argues with both of us, and I never once received any phone communication on how the repairs are coming along. I always ended up having to call them. When I got a text stating to call my repair shop he acted as if I shouldn’t have received that message and based off of his attitude at the time it came across that I was bothering him for wanting an update. I’ve used community in the past and never had this problem. Chuck needs an attitude adjustment as this type of service was unacceptable. As long as Chuck is working here, I will not be bringing my vehicles back.

Oh my gosh, my car looked brand new and they even vacuumed out the inside. They were always in touch with me and let me know when it would be ready. I am just so pleased with his service.
