We’ve had 2 vehicles that have gone to community collision and one had mechanical issues after the said it was completed and the second one,in addition to poor customer service, we are hoping there are no additional issues.

Someone should have a chat With the young man who has the main communication with customers. He needs yo understand what to and what not to share with people who have made the conscious decision to do business with them. And also he needs to work on his tone with customers. It’s a matter of having respect for customers and also his elders. His parents and supervisor should be ashamed.

Gave the car back unfinished, they had to take it back and buffet out, then when I picked it up it had crows feet and they started making excuses like it was my fault instead of saying we’ll contact the insurance company and take care of this. I could not believe they tried to send the vehicle out with crows feet and scratches that needed buffing out.

They did an amazing job repairing my truck. They took the extra effort to repaint an entire panel just to make sure the color was perfect.

Let them know they may need to put it in another shop if the battery being disconnected causes an issue

When I left your shop my car would only go 20mph. That was not a problem when I brought it to you. I called to ask if you would correct this and was told by you it wasn’t your fault, that you did the body repair. You explained you disconnected the battery, and that’s all. I had to have the car towed to a shop and charged $85 for them to discover it was a fuse,...blown when you disconnected the battery. Yes, you may be technically correct that it wasn’t your problem, but the bottom line is it was from your actions. I am not happy with how your handled it, and the extra time and money it cost me.
