The receptionist is polite . But thete is one employeee whose name is Anthony. He seems to be Arrogant ,Rude not patient or polite. Plus he is a Fast Talker.. Taking the time to Really listen to the customer's concern id A plus and very important. For this reason i will probably have sevond thoughts about bringing my vechecle back or refer to someone else..
