There may be varnish in the gas tank from it sitting as there seems to be some hesitation in acceleration at lower gears when the car starts cold. I've been trying to treat it but I will go in and talk with someone there to see if I'm wrong about what's going on. It wasn't doing this prior to my collision.

It took way to long and didn’t like the fact that my truck was left outside unlocked and the windows down and one day it rained . There were a few times that I would go to the shop to get something out of my truck and nobody came out to see who I was and what I was doing (no one there had ever seen me before). Also a female employee would have an attitude with me every time we talked but flirt with my husband every time they would talk..

Tighter scheduling and more up front communication would be appreciated. They scheduled when to bring the car in then didn't get it in until the following week. When I was told it was done, I arrived to find a problem with work not finished and a check air in tires light was on. The damage repaired had nothing to do with tires but I would think they would not want to send out an auto that potentially was unsafe. They corrected these two issues the same day. Overall the work completed was as expected. Also had an excellent loaner car.

Everyone was totally professional from start to finish. I was informed about progress until the repairs were completed. My van looked like a brand new van I had to look at the license plate to be sure that it was my van.
