Asked for scratch repair and some paintless dent repair. The PDR was completed, but the paint chips were not repaired. The scratches were covered with cheap scratch cover up that I could have acquired at Walmart and done a better job myself. Perhaps my requests were misunderstood, or perhaps their capabilities were misunderstood by me. I will most likely not be a return customer.

Replacement front grill/bumper cover was excellent, as was the dent repair, and paint repair to the passenger fender edge. The scratch repair was not satisfactory in the least. The paint chips around the dent repair on the hood was left untouched.

Everyone was very friendly, and expedited the body work so I could move on my expected date and time. The work they did on my car was beautiful! They also loaned me a car to get around while the work was done on my car... Thank you everyone!
