I actually really like the people there. They remembered my name and who I was. They are always friendly. I know taking my car to the body shop is not really a fun thing to have to do but I like this shop. And will continue to go there.

My air-conditioning and heating is not working properly, as it had for the six years prior to the accident. I spoke to the owner and he asked me to try it and return if I still had concerns. It is three days later and still not working properly.
