Car was not repaired correctly, a part installed was bent which caused car to come up with an error code indicating that another part of car was damaged. I had to take car to a dealership to have it diagnosed only to find out you guys where at fault. When repairs where finally complete I was told that I had rear end damage because when I brought the car to you for a previous rear end accident the bumper was not seated properly and had gaps at the seams on both side. At my fault I never reported it to you guys I just accepted it as it was. Turns out the rear end damage code cleared after bent part was replaced. You also installed a sensor and now my emergency brake aid setting keeps turning off. Also dirt was baked into my windows making them very hard to clean.

I was not satisfied with repair shops personnel. When explaining the rear end damage to the service manager I felt he just blew me off because he was supposed to send me a copy of the pre ol and post error codes. I’ve yet to receive them. Also I need the issue with my emergency brake aid sensor addressed, but I’m so frustrated right now I just can’t deal with it.

The am/fm antenna blue off my truck when I picked it up from repair. No problem SiriusXM was working. Went back they’re ordering the part and all is good!
