Kind and courteous lady at the desk,but the body shop portion is terrible.car was rear ended in the rear left corner,and now after repairs were supposed to be made,the trunk STILL isn’t lined up even after they called me to pickup saying it was done,I came and noticed the trunk was off and told her to keep it and fix it RIGHT...after a week,it still isn’t right...I was tired of my car sitting with NO improvement on the body lines around trunk,that I just took it and left...huge disappointment

These folks put my S.U.V in complete repair only in 3 days... I was stunned.. I got rear ended parked in front of my house.... the insurance company took full charge.. my vehicle is in top shape... perfect... J.A.M
