I had my Mustang at Complete about 3 or 4 years ago due to an accident I was in. I was so impressed with Complete that I recommended to a friend that was involved in an accident and she had the same great experience I did! When my Jeep was side swiped on the 4th, I knew immediately that I wanted to have Complete do the repairs. The service, updates and professionalism is top notch! My Jeep looks brand new and was clean inside and out! I couldn’t be more happy with the service! Kristen kept me updated and was a gem to work with!

Was originally told my vehicle would take one to one and a half weeks at the end of the one and a half week Mark I was told that there was more damage than expected that they were waiting on my insurance to get back to them after waiting two days I contacted my insurance company and reached out to them and told them to get in contact with them same-day. My insurance said that it was approved and that it would be another week when I go to pick up my vehicle at almost 3 weeks. The custom fog lights were not the ones that were on originally I was told that they would have the technician look at them the next day then when my husband goes to pick up the incorrectly done vehicle, realize that the pinstripe was not on there. So we had to wait and go back later to pick it up. Was told that if you just gave me my vehicle back, we would purchase our customize fog lights, which is the amount of our deductible and call it even.
