With 2 fully operational and recently remodeled locations in Brashear, MO & Kirksville, MO we can accommodate all our customers' needs and ensure them a high quality repair. We have added a new drive-in bay that's set-up to complete the damage appraisal and estimate without physical contact. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of repair, which I know was primarily due to the time required for shipping the parts. There’s nothing that could’ve been done.

Not sure why my tire goes low more often than I feel it should but maybe it’s because of the cold. Other than that my car has been running smoothly it seems but I just got it back a few days ago.

I would recommend the shop with the disclaimer that they should guarantee which location staff will be at and how payment is accepted. The service and repair was great though.

The repair was very fast and being pre-approved by State Farm made the process seamless. Everyone that I encountered was exceptionally nice. The two locations sometimes made people hard to reach but everything always worked out.
