I wanted to reach out regarding my vehicle when I pick it up today. I understand that repair shops can be busy and delays can happen; however, this situation has gone far beyond what I feel is reasonable. My vehicle has been in the shop for the past couple of months, and it is concerning to learn that the issue was not addressed during that time it was in their shop. This has caused a significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate your assistance in helping resolve the matter. I would like help locating a service center in the Sacramento (95835) area where the repair can be properly completed. Given the time my vehicle has already spent in your shop, I am hoping for some support in addressing this inconvenience and the additional time now required to have the repair completed elsewhere.
