This is the second time I've had my car at Concours, the first time about 25 years ago! I was pleased that the team there is still all about the customer, they kept me updated on status and had the vehicle completed before the promised date. I would definitely use them again (even though hopeful to not have too ;-)).

After countless visits to the shop, I have found a new issue with my car everyday that required assistance. In the beginning, I went to the shop to fix a dent the size of my pinky finger and after a week, I discovered there was a stained paint outline below the dent. After I picked it up the second time I realized the alarm did not function as it was supposed to, so I went to the shop again to fix it. Although I went two times to fix the car, there was paint chipped on my car. This time I decided not to go to the same automobile shop and get touch up paint to do it myself. Will not be going to this place again.
