The body work looks great. My vehicle wasn’t cleaned up when I arrived to pick it up. They had to run it back to the shop to get buffing compound off it. Later had to have it cleaned at a different location because of how dirty the interior was left. Love the body work. Not impressed with the detailing.

My car looked good as new when I picked it up! I was surprised that they even cleaned it! Jamie was great…knew me by name from the first time I met her, always very helpful, kind and service with a smile every time! (Even when we accidentally showed up 10min after 5p because we thought service was open until 6p…she stayed, was cleaning my car when I got there and was so friendly!) thank you Conklin and Jamie! On my initial visit to the Dealership, it took me going to 3 buildings until I got to the body shop office. I would suggest a sign that says Body Shop entrance. (But that's just me.) The initial proposal listed multiple aftermarket parts on my 9 month old vehicle. I was reassured they would not use aftermarket parts on a vehicle this new when I questioned them. All contact with Conklin personnel was pleasant. Initial aesthetics of the repair are very good. Thanks
