Repairs were handled promptly and communication was consistent. Only real complaint was the oil didn't get changed as originally requested, but also understand that is a different side of the service department. Matt Stovall was great and professional throughout the process.

Work seems to be good but customer service by Matt was not good on pick up day. I called 2 days prior to finish and set 3 pm as pick up time. I had to arrange a ride for pick up. I arrived and had to go to another dept to find help. Then body shop personnel came and knew nothing of the 3 pm pick up. Matt was not available I was told. Vehicle would hopefully be done at 5. I was told to come back at 5. I requested Conklin provide a pick up for me as I did not have another ride at 5. I waited until 4:55 and no call from Conklin and no pick up. I called Conklin and had problems reaching anyone the knew about my vehicle. (Conklin closes at 5). At 5:10, pick up arrived at my house. It was a very kind young mind from the ford service dept. He said Matt had been there but left early due to having his children. This person checked me out but knew nothing about the body shop repair. Matt should have called me if the 3 pm was not working out and then before 5 to let me know pick up was late. He should have apologized for the inconvenience and offered the pick up. He should of been there!! I have used Conklin service a body shop many times and never been treated so rudely!!

I had a great experience with Conklin automotive group! Their communication was excellent — they kept me updated on when my car would be ready and were quick to answer any questions I had. They did an amazing job fixing my car door, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car before returning it. Highly recommend them for both their quality work and great customer service!
