Even though repairs took a couple days longer than originally quoted, the automated update email was helping and phone calls explaining why were nice. The truck looks as good as new, cleaner than when I dropped it off which was greatly appreciated. Rental process through insurance was easy as well. I’d recommend Conrad’s for detailing alone if it were offered!
