I have to bring my car in for an entire refinish of the damaged area. I took the car to another body shop on 5-22-25 to get their opinion of the Continental work, and they also saw what I saw. It needs to be refinished again for 3-4 days

Work was done to satisfaction but manager and front desk reception were a lot rude. I was told one week that turned into 3 With different reason eveytime. I was even told not to crash if I didn't like the service. I worked previously with continental. I've purchased 4 new vehicles from them and not quite sure how I feel about referring them to my friend . I am definitely not pleased with the body shop personal.

Hail damage repair. The repair went great. The re-assembly of my car, not so well. Now the cabin is very noisy, sounds like a window is open.
