Depending on the nature of the repair and the provider of car insurance, I would very likely suggest Cook & Son's for body work and similar repairs. 😀

As a customer services manager for 20+ years, I rarely rate this category as a "10", but the staff and workers at Cook's really pushed up their customer service score ~ all were polite and helpful in arranging my temporary car rental, plus, the did not speak to me in Indianapolis 500 lingo -- instead they brought the language down to the level of an average driver/car knowledge. Plus, they were pleasant and polite!
