We were astounded by the caring attitudes of the employees who took care of us. The one we dealt with the most was Jorge Elizais and we were also helped by Jose but we know there were others who worked very hard for us that we don't know. Our parked car was hit while visiting our son in Corona on September 23. We had planned to go home the following weekend so we were stuck there waiting for our repair to be finished. Our dilemma was that on October third two things were going to happen that required that we be back home in the Phoenix area, one being that my husband would run out of his necessary heart medications. The second involved a long planned and space reserved 70th birthday party blow-out for me that involved a lot of other people and their travel plans too. We had a rental car in California but going home in it would involve an almost 700 mile trip for us. Jorge understood the situation and passed the word around to the others that were involved in addition to the extra efforts he made to get parts in time for us to make it home. The car was initially slated to be finished on October third at 5 PM but you pulled it off so that we were able to pick it up at 3pm on October 2nd and hit the road to make it home in plenty of time to take care of both of our problems. We were escorted into the work area twice to show us what was happening with our car and to explain exactly what needed to be done and how long it should take to take care of each repair. We were always treated politely and respectfully and I know that every effort was taken to get the repair done in time. The repairs are faultless as far as we are aware and the paint matches perfectly. Your shop is clean and pleasant (even the restrooms). I told every we we talked to in California about how good the service was and wish I was closer so I could send more referrals your way. I know that that level of caring and service often comes from the top down and spreads among the employees of a company because it is encouraged. I commend you all.

I had doubts at the beginning of this experience, since I haven't had to deal with anything like this before (last car accident I had was 20 years ago and my parents took care of the repairs), but I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease of any transaction or interaction, the amount of communications, the personal touch shown to us for our situation, and the final result. Thank you so much! Me and the baby are so happy to have air conditioning again! My front bumper looks great as well. AND, I didn't expect my car to be washed and vacuumed, I'm so grateful because that's something I never get around to. Thank you for the additional courtesy of bringing my car to me and my newborn baby. It's hard for us to get out if the house. I am very impressed with your service, best auto shop I've ever been to!
