I came to get my car door fixed and it was replaced with a used car door with a lot of scratches. I was supposed to get a new door since the car is brand new.

Perfectly fine. There was a slight misalignment of the parts but that’s to be expected after a crash. The paint job was my biggest issue as there were new scratches on panels that are now permanent and some leftover paint blobs hidden in the newly painted panels that took a while to get cleared. The seals weren’t put back correctly so a bit worried about the next rain but we’ll see, was able to get these corrected for the most part. Painters tape was used to reattach some of the wires under the panels instead of clips or manufacturer’s method. Strong after-smell of paint in the car as well as it wasn’t cleaned up after paint leaked off the edges. Again, I knew it wouldn’t be as it was before so I’m okay with the imperfections, just a bit more effort on my end and will likely be replacing the additional black panels that were scratched.

Friendly, professional, and to the point. Very good. Only potential concern was immediate deniability when I asked about an item that a team member misplaced but it worked out as it was very quickly reconciled.
