I called several times, but my sevice rep never answered. I called outside the door to make sure she was at her desk, and I watched her ignore my call. I finally called the front desk, and she transfered me, and the service person still didn't answer. This happened over about 3 days. The service person would only email which meant she had to get the questions from the front desk to do so. I will use corwin again, but will absolutely request a different service person. I've used corwin before and they either answered or would call...yes call me back.
