The car needed extra parts ordered. It was to be about a week and ended up 2 1/2 weeks. I had to call and ask if it was done yet. No updates to me unless I called. That was the only frustrating part. Excellent work. They did not cut corners when something more needed to be ordered for repair. It was just the inconvenience.
