I wasnt aware they use used parts. The door they used to replace mine had scratches all over. They didnt have my parts for my appointment either so I had to bring it in and wait over the weekend. Still satisfied with how it looks and happy to have it back.

Everything went great and service was wonderful. The o lay thing is the automated text messages. Nothing was kept up to date and i was sent a message 40 min after I had picked up my vehicle stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. Then 4 days after pickup I got another text confirming I picked up my vehicle. If Corwin is going to have this feature they need to keep things up to date with the messages.
