The experience was as good as anyone could expect under the circumstances.

It looks good from what I can see right now. I am actually on crutches for another 3 weeks, so I can't get a look at the details or get down to ground level, but what I see so far looks very good.

Repair was done ahead of schedule. Front desk folks were helpful and just the right level of fun in a situation that was obviously not something we planned.
