I feel so fortunate that Cory Patten's is located near my home, though they're worth the trip even if not, and they work so well with Liberty Mutual--John even referenced how easy it is for Cory Patten's to work with Liberty Mutual. In addition, it's a HUGE plus that Cory Patten's is in the same building with an Enterprise Rent-a-Car, which I needed to use and was easy to arrange through my insurance.

I've only had the car back a few days, but all seems great. In fact, the moon roof (which was replaced) now opens even further than it did before! I appreciated Scott offering an explanation for why the front bumper was a different style after repair (Toyota would no longer provide the same style/parts), which I might not have noticed. When I highlighted a few remaining surface scratches that I believed had been made by falling glass when the moon roof exploded, Scott offered to take the car back into the shop, and they were able to quickly buff them out even though it was after-hours at this point. The car had been washed and even vacuumed inside with the items found during vacuuming all carefully placed where I would see them.

John was always responsive to my outreach and provided regular updates about the status of my car, including a really friendly, funny message alerting me that it was done early. He was also very reassuring when he could tell I was stressed out and trying to arrange things from out of state. I would have given them a perfect 10; however, we ended up needing to wait on the tow truck about 2 hours longer than originally scheduled. The driver was very nice and helpful, though, and we received updates about the delays and multiple apologies for the wait.
