All the employees from Midtown location were very nice and friendly. Now McDonough location there was one female representative when I was picking up my car that seemed as if she didn’t have the best attitude because I arrived 15-20 mins later than the closing time. When communication was already not the best through out the day.

Overall the end result of the repair itself was extremely quality. The way my car was returned to me shinier and cleaner than before as well as the quality of the repairs was fantastic. However I was not completely satisfied because the time for repairs took longer than expected (which was not within Corzav’s control due to damaged parts) but the primary issue I had with this overall was the severe lack of communication about the progress of my vehicle. The CSR that I spoke to was not properly educated on the status of my vehicle and the overall systems regarding insurance coverage and payments. This unfortunately caused many issues for myself as well as insurance. Additionally, they continued to call the wrong number with updates after I had corrected them multiple times as well as putting the correct number on the papers with my signature. With proper communication and education among all team members this experience would have been a 10. I hope this feedback can help Corzav improve its training and communication systems currently in place.
