This location did an excellent job of preparing for my vehicle to be prepared. In addition, they completed the assignment in one week! They said one week and it actually kept their word! They also completed a couple extra maintenance issues to my surprise! Amazing turnaround and informative throughout the process! Great job to this location!

I really appreciate the updates throughout the repair process and the transparency upfront regarding the extent of the damage. I am also appreciative of the fact that everything was handled in a timely manner. Very thorough and professional. I hope I never have another accident but if there’s another need for Corzav’s Midtown II, I will be there. I highly recommend!

Timeliness and skill was impressive. I appreciate the transparency and communication throughout the process. The entire transaction took less than two weeks-that includes dealing with the insurance company, securing a rental (which was done at dropoff), and receiving parts (a whole new door). If I had to go through this again, I would choose Corzav's Midtown II.

The repair of the hood was great. However, the scratches that I indicated during the initial claim on the driver's side, near the window shield and rearview mirror, was never repaired.
