Only received occasional email updates. Did not get an explanation of what would be fixed prior to work being started. When I picked up the vehicle no one asked for ID and I was not given a walk thru of the repairs. Just was given the keys and was walked to the car and told you are all set. I was like okay then.

I received a phone call stating my car was ready to be picked up on Friday. I was in route and I called to confirm address but I was told that my car was not ready yet. It should be ready Saturday at noon and to expect a phone call. Rude manager called at 230 and asked when I was coming to get car. She said I was not told that I would not get a phone call about my car being ready. Picked up car on Saturday and my car broke down on highway leaving Corvaz's shop. Engine smoking and would not turn over. Called manager to inform and she replied I'm on my way home. No empathy at all!
