I would never recommend this body shop to anyone.

They took over a month to repair my car. They kept changing the dates for a couple of weeks of when it was going to be ready. The car's front bumper was not installed correctly. One end of the front bumper is out of line. They returned my car dirty and disorganized. The manager Joseph was very rude and vindictive when I had to reach out to the shop owner to get my car fixed after waiting over a month. Only men work in this shop and they treat women customers like imbeciles. I don't recommend this shop to anyone. The only reason why I used them was because Allstate told me they were one of their approved body shop and the work was going to be guaranteed. This was a huge mistake of choice given by Allstate. I will never recommend this body shop to anyone.

I just think that, for the amount you charge, you could've washed the car before delivery. I'm not talking about a detailed wash, a simple one to, at least, impress us, the owners. Thank you so much.
