The technician answered the phone while the boss was on holiday break, was apparently perturbed to answer the phone, and said they could not get a major part. I found the part in Indiana, called him back, and he said it was a different part they could not get, it would be another 2 months before it was finished. The job was finished much before that and, otherwise, the boss only answered the phone and was very courteous and helpful.
