The work that was done was excellent. Our car had to be there several weeks longer than we were told as an additional part had to be ordered. It would have been nice to receive updates on the progress but we had to call to get updates. Very satisfied with the work, it just took quite a bit longer than we were originally told.

Body shop did a very good job repairing our 2014 Suburban after the wreck. They spent a lot of time working with me to solve the “pulling to the right” problem. This is the third time we have used Courtesy’s body and have highly satisfied with their work., right down to matching the paint and parts.

Everyone I encountered at Courtesy Chevrolet was amazing. The ladies in the auto body shop really were great at explaining the process and timeline of repairs so I could better secure my rental and working with the insurance company for me. I had to reschedule several times and they were always polite and accommodated me. Mr. Mike and the whole crew really went above and beyond on my repairs and were so kind. I was very impressed at how quickly the damages were repaired! This is my second time using the auto body shop at Courtesy Chevrolet and I will definitely be continuing to do so when needed in the future!
