The process takes to long. It took 23 days to get my car back. That is to long when you are not able to rent a car for that length.

So outstanding work but are not efficient in communication.. again system gives you a date of completion you better call and see because it probably us wrong. Twice I was told we will call you and let you know for sure and neither time did I receive the call. I had to call back

My car looked great, almost like new. The body shop had to replace my passenger side rear view mirror and replace back left tail light and bumper. Gotta watch out for those dang mailboxes..lol
