Poor communication and I didn't get everything repaired that I requested. I would never recommend this collision shop. I was never treated like a customer. It seemed as if it was all about the money and the insurance company. I was totally overlooked. Todd never intended to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and would come back! I will definitely be sharing my experience with everyone.
