I haven't even the car since I picked it up but it appeared to be in good shape. Took it to be inspected . It's going to take a few days for that. When we picked it up it had a flat tire is the only problem I ve noticed so far. They were put on beginning of winter.

Work was done .but no loaner vehicles for your clients knowing that a vehicle will be there for months isn't optional really . Insurance coverage only covers so much and then the lapse of time after woukd be nice to have a loaner when most places offer that woukd be nice .

I noticed new mechanical issues that were not present prior to dropping off My vehicle. Including a power hiccup when starting my vehicle accelerating and shifting into reverse. Given that the exhaust system was replaced this raises major concern about a sensor, connections, or other related components associated with a complete exhaust system repair. Not to mention my clear coat on my driver side rims has been extremely damaged which raises concern about the use of chemicals, storage, etc This was not happening prior to my vehicle being in your care.
