You were installing a new bumper and left it without attaching it correctly and it was flopping anytime I drove over 40 miles. The receptionist was very nice but the manager Russ didn’t even say sorry. A little disappointed.

I appreciated all the help. My only critique, it would be nice if it were automatic that someone walked out with you on delivery and explained what and where repairs were made. After seeing the work you did, its more of a chance to show it off too.
