My car was only 8 days old with only 350 miles on it when it was rearended. I was worried it wouldn't be right after it was fixed. The Kia Soul looks perfect. Just as the day I drove it off the showroom floor 8 days prior to the accident. Thank you.

David Torino, The assistant manager, was extremely arrogant and rude to speak with . He was in disagreement with a poor paint job . I would not recommend Cox autobody as long as David is employed at your organization . Kevin from Geico , was very helpful kind and pleasant to work with along with The gentleman that helped us with enterprise

No because we received a text message stating our car was done and ready to be picked up I go to pick it up, no one was able to tell me if the car was ready and there was nobody to answer the question everybody was out to lunch. I get a phone call after leaving that we are still waiting on a part. We have no idea how long but we do not have our car yet all of the updates have been through text message no phone call's and apparently the text messages are not correct
