It looks like after market parts were made to fit on our car. I also communicated there was an issue with the shield underneath and that was not replaced or touched even when it was documented in the claim

Although repairs were made in a timely manner, I feel like the cost to repair was unusually high. Was & am not happy with the cost of repairs. But I guess I have to be satisfied with charges. In addition, repairs took longer than anticipated. Also, was not notified that repairs were completed until after I had called to check on the status of completion. Not my best overall experience.

Will reccomend Coyle Chevrolet to friends and colleagues. But will also reccomend to price shop before making a commitment. As a consumer, We are at the mercy of the service providers. So we don't haveva lot of options.
