Dropping off the car was poor. I pulled in and was directed to pull fwd beside a car, which I did. Another customer pulled in and was directed to park behind me and the agent started on the customer that pulled in behind me. After waiting my son approached me questioning the lack of service and my son went inside to the desk. It was then that a female agent came outside to write up the service claim. The pick up process of the car was a lot faster.
