Car was completed restored from the rear where the accident took place. Overall Crash Champions was very professional and kept me up to date with all the updates and how the car was coming along. Team was amazing! Super communicative and a pleasure to work with. From dropping the vehicle off and having the process explained to learning about the warranty when picking up the vehicle, everyone was fantastic. Plus, the car looks like new!

I am happy with the repair, the employee there is very professional. We are still waiting on 2 logo parts; the parts are still in the ordering process (waiting for a call to fully complete and put the rest of the parts in). Also, there is stained paint on the front door, back door, and some paint or residue in the interior which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent visit for the SRS airbag indicator issue. Despite several hours of effort, the indicator could not be reset during my second visit. When I later took the vehicle to the Honda Collision Center, they were able to reset it quickly and informed me that this procedure typically requires a Honda-specific OBD tool rather than a generic one. They also clarified that the SRS indicator can turn on after a rear impact. Additionally, the vehicle was returned to me without informing me that the indicator was still on, which resulted in significant inconvenience and multiple trips to get the issue resolved. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving communication and ensuring the appropriate equipment is available for similar cases in the future.
