Over my many years as a vehicle driver, I have to say that dealing with crash champions as been the best experience I've had. My service writer, Norman kept me up-to-date on everything that went on with my truck, everything to the minor details. Besides, keeping me totally informed of everything going on, the truck came out perfect. You couldn't even tell that there was ever any work done to it. I give you an 11 out of 10 for crash champions and Norman. I think you are the best, and I'll be telling people that going forward. Thank you.

Not that I've had a lot of collisions over the years, but my experience with crash collisions has been the best I've ever had, it was so seamless dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Your service, rider, Norman was the best.He kept me informed a hundred percent along the way with the progress of my vehicle. He was very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable and very concerned of my satisfaction through the process of getting my truck fixed.
