My vehicle looked great when I came to get it so I was excited. But I’m hearing a lot of knocking noises and it seems to be somewhere in the drivetrain. It does it especially over normal or small divots in the road. My vehicle never made those types of noises before.

The turn around time from the day I dropped my car off until I picked it up was amazing. I was notified by text every few days letting me know that things were going well and on schedule. The customer service has always been great and I will always recommend Crash Champions to friends in the future

Great communications, excellent repair quality. Only criticism, on Thursday I got a text saying the work is on-track to be completed in 8 days (the original due date). On Friday morning, I got a call that the car was ready. Seems like you should have known, and communicated, that the car would be done ahead of schedule. I appreciate the expeditious work but felt a bit misled on expectations.
