Crash Champions Willowbrook took care of my Nissan Rogue kindly and very quickly. They repaired my car within 3 days and communicated updates through text and phone calls. My car was returned smoothly and they cleaned her up amazingly! The crash spot on my car was completely repaired and spotless. I now know where to go if in need of a crash repair. The body work is amazing they went above and beyond in making it look beautiful. Thank yall so much! I really appreciate that aspect Only 2 issues is after the crash I was having my brake light turn on the dash when I would go on the freeway that wasn’t happening prior to the crash and I did mention this but it popped up again. It does make me worry about my family while driving. Also the previous times I’ve come to crash champions they did a great job with deep cleaning the car afterward but this time they just deodorized and there’s still an awful smell left in the car.

The representative was very professional and courteous and kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle. Hopefully, I won't need them anytime soon but if I need to use them I will. I recommend them if you need them.
