It took longer than expected to get my vehicle back, but once I got it back I was happy that they took the time NEEDED to be thorough with all the repairs. It could have been so easy to release it back with shortcuts to meet deadlines, but they took the time and were upfront with reasons why it took a bit longer than usual. They updated me through every step and part ordered, and front desk was very communicative and warm to speak to. I would definitely feel safe if my vehicle is cared for here.
