Due to a great service team and great vehicle drop off I would say a 5 but I would keep the service advisor on my rm or invoice from working as a service advisor

Hey crash champion team today I am giving a 1 based on my experience- to start off I am a manager of a company that is customer service based so I feel it is a fair rating as I didn’t see above and beyond for the customer. So when I first arrived after the vehicle was towed in it was a very thorough inspection and detailed report on what to expect and I truly felt as it was in the right hands especially since the advisor on staff(blonde hair I can’t exactly remember her name) was professional and made me trust and buy in to the repairs being done. After that I expected a follow up on the time frame from our advisor on record which was not the same lady I encountered at first and is horrendous at her job, I didn’t receive a follow up unless I checked on the status link nor did she respond to any messages which is baffling to me, when I arrived for pickup she said who are you? Which didn’t seem professional at the time but skipping past that she took payment before showing me the vehicle and running over any modules and showing what they fixed which I thought was very odd then she walks us to our vehicle and doesn’t say anything just here is your keys and what was done for records. That’s where I was completely lost, my initial impression from drop off was great as I wish the lady I encountered at first was my advisor the whole way through as every customer matters and everyone deserves the time of day and she definitely made us feel that vs the advisors lackluster job of updating us about our vehicle and the rush to get us out when picking it up completely ruined our experience. Please read and follow up cause this is very concerning especially working in the automotive industry it is important to be as transparent and clear communication between the business and guest as it’s the biggest factor in customer retention
