With my busy schedule, they got our car fixed quickly, keeping me updated by email on what to expect, the progress, and made our insurance claim a breeze.

My only complaint was dealing with the call center to schedule my appointment. I was on hold for nearly ten minutes before a woman came on the line, and then it took another ten minutes to try and get her to understand that I already had an estimate, that it was already in the system and that the insurance was already approved that I just needed to schedule the appointment time to bring the vehicle in. Bob Kohlscheen (my service adviser) was wonderful, but it was frustrating that I had to call a call center to make my appointment, rather than making it with the people that were doing the work on my car. The call center experience is the ONLY reason for a 9 on this one instead of a 10.

Jason was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The woman at the front desk remembered me by name. Service was great.
